This Privacy Policy applies to how Webreathe (Wenius) (“we”, “us” or “Webreathe (Wenius)”) processes personally identifiable information (“Personal Data” or “Data”) in relationship with webreathe.fr (“Site” or “webreathe.fr”), its visitors, and its customers. 1.5. If You apply for a job at Webreathe (Wenius) via webreathe.fr

1.5.1. We collect the following personal data:

  • Your location, availability and experience;

  • Any profile you share on social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Github,

    etc.).

  1. 1.5.2. Your personal data is collected for the following purpose(s):

    • To enable you to send your application to Webreathe (Wenius);

    • To enable Webreathe (Wenius) to assess your application and to

      contact about the job opening you have expressed interest in.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL DATA COLLECTION

Webreathe (Wenius) will inform you when you are required to provide certain information, or when it is optional.
If the requested information is mandatory, the fields you need to fill in will be marked as mandatory. For the other fields, it will be up to you.

4. INFORMATION WE SHARE

We will disclose personal data only in the following cases:

  1. To our service providers as part of their services in connection with the purposes listed above;

  3. If you are a customer or an end customer;

  4. To subsidiaries or entities that are part of the Webreathe (Wenius) group.

We may share aggregated, pseudonymized or anonymized information, which does not identify you, for statistical analysis for marketing purposes; which may include the number of visitors to our site and the number of clicks generated by email.

5. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Data may be transferred outside the European Union to one of our service providers.
When we transfer data outside the European Union, we take appropriate measures (such as signing European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses), unless there is a legal exemption.
